Covid 19 Testing
I took my daughter for testing on Saturday 21 May at 11am. Its almost 11am the following day and the results are not available.. I was told it will take between 3 to 4 hours. Maximum of 5hours..nevertheless Im not surprised, as I HAD to use your facilities twice this year with similar frustrations..
Going forward we will have to use Van Rensburg/Lancet only, as they have been spot on, every single time.
Dont get me wrong, your staff are great people and we were treated very good. The problem is, we could just aswell go and test at a state facility. The wait is the same almost.
Im also loosing one days work, as Im not allowed to go to work, whilst somebody in my househould has gone for testing..
