good evening I am one of the gentleman who got assaulted by Jerry.. a bouncer by your venue. and a friend of mine got assaulted by Mike (owner) for falsy accusing us of stealing a phone. in which when we requested the security and Mike to check the cameras,while we wait outside the bouncers continued to insult us n cuss out. Mike then furiously goes outside n assaulted my friend n pushed him against tables. without a valid explanation. I then with my hands up not stepping inside the venue. continued to demand for answers. instead they insulted us,accused us of smoking drugs n accused me of pocking him in the face. he then slapped me with my hands up with my foot not in the venue. this was pure assault as the video we have,shows me with my hands up whilst Jerry saw the need to assault me. we possess J88 documents of the injuries committed by the capello establishment and it's stafff. we may not have the video of Mike assaulting my friend,however there is a voicenote n voice calls recorded of Mike staff member attesting that he laid hands and Mike was wrong. this has disturbed us from that day considering I suffer from anxiety.ive lost a few of my possessions as well. this incident had broken us completely n my anxiety attacks have spiked. we plan on coming to cappello to get the full story. of all the parties involved. including those caught on footage. n those who were on the voicenotes n the stuff members caught on the phone recordings admitting to Mike n he's employees abusing their rights n assaulting. there has been several other complaints from different ppl admitting to this. n the witnesses that were there are willing to attest to what they saw n what we have on footage. we will be there this evening to try resolve this matter. as we've been casual supporters of the establishment. it will break our hearts to post n go public with those videos n voicenotes on social media n break everything down. later open a case with all the ppl that were there to attest for everything they saw. I'm currently at my psychiatrist considering the trauma caused by that incident. We are hoping we can resolve this matter. n not go ugly with it several other ppl are speaking of some of the funny experiences there n I am highly dissappointer at all thats happening and happened. feedback will be kindly appreciated.
