Domestic Spray And Repairs

Xero-rating - My bumper was repaired by them after an incident. I noticed awhile back that the paint was discolouring and the damage that was fixed started to show. I laid a complaint with Outsurance and was told to return the vehicle to Domestic Spray and Repair for inspection. The vehicle was inspected, and an appointment was made for the 20th of May 2024 for the repairs to commence. I went to fetch my vehicle today, 3 weeks later, the 10th of June 2024. They had no intention of fixing the mess they made, but tried to get me to lodge another claim for them to repair my vehicle. They got some fake report which indicates that I damaged the bumper and had it resprayed. The report states the left and right doors shows no discolouration only the bumper. The doors were never damaged and was never repaired, how they came to that conclusion I don't know. I refused to lodge another claim, hence I 've been inconvenienced for 3 weeks without a vehicle. At one time when Outsurance called for feedback, they were busy spray painting the vehicle and could not give a collection time. The lies and dishonesty just never ends. The sad part is that Outsurance recommends and endorses this pathetic dealership.
