Ducatus Property Group

I do believe the Cascades centre, is managed by Ducatus, now my speak is about the lack of management supervision, in the case of toilet care etc.....some three weeks ago +, i went to toilet at Coffeberry end & when finished went to get toilet paper, low & behold...it was empty!!...so a simple thought & i used my handkerchief, no problem & when i went outside informed one of the cleaning ladies, who seemed less than impressed & mumbled something & went on her merry way...went to Management , met this lady on stairs & "assured" me "it wont happen again.....yesterday Tuesday 12th, this time in toilet at end of Management stairs, very similar, no toilet paper again & my trusty handkerchief, came to the rescue...so one may ask, what sort of so called Management allows this to happen????...yesterday decided to go again upstairs & asked for Manager,, her PA appeared, asked where was he boss, replied at a meeting....her name is Marche, who tried the usual speel, trying to impress how sorry she was &how it wasn't their fault, as its done by a company, they employ, the usual South African way, no accountability or responsibility taken, for this shocking dereliction of duty & so called responsibility, except empty promises...i cannot be the only one , who has experienced this incredibly poor customer service, my wife & i like to shop here & do it frequently, but certainly not ,for to much longer if this type of so called "customer service" continues!!!!!!
