Bad attitudes and poor services
My daughter, Anina Mortassagne stands in a queue for two days in rainy conditions. One of the Batho Pele principles are that pregnant women, frail and elderly will be given priority and moved to the front of the queue. Well, this is not the case here. I rate this departement, especially Home Affairs THABAZIMBI, 1 out of 10. What a shame!
