I've never dealt with such a poor service company in my entire life! Am a very patient and understanding person, however the service of this company has costed me a lot financially and more. I started the process with them 2020 February. The communication was very unclear and slow, no proper guidance, and basically you have to beg them to give you a response. I sold a house to a client who chose them for conveyer duties. The process was ambiguously explained and line of communication slow and unclear. I had paid what am supposed to, but everything else is still stuck on their side. Also they have 1 conveyer who sometimes goes on leave for quite long and no one else to assist. A year has passed and I have not yet gotten the house registered under the client's name, neither have I gotten the money due to me which is on their trust account. I have previously sent an email to the principal, who never acknowledged the receipt of the email and never responded to me. Seemingly I should wait until someone decides to do something about it, but my advice to someone else out there, you'd know better on what to do when choosing such services, am sure they are not the only one's in the market.
